THE MINING STORY
IRON MINING ASSOCIATION
The Iron Mining Association, representing Northeast Minnesota's iron ore mines and vendors, partnered with Story North to create The Mining Story, a documentary-style web series. Hosted by the IMA's executive director, the series highlights diverse voices in mining, supported by a unique visual identity, animated intro, and graphics package.

In response to today's challenging world, Carlton County launched an innovative mental health awareness initiative partnering with Story North. We created a series of 5 compelling short films featuring notable community members. Each film takes an intimate look at individuals engaging in their personal self-care activities and hobbies, before revealing their professional roles. This creative approach humanizes these community leaders while emphasizing the universal importance of self-care and mental wellness.
HOPE X LAUNCH
MILLER-DWAN FOUNDATION
In 2023, the Miller-Dwan Foundation launched Hope X to combat the mental health crisis in northeastern Minnesota. Partnering with Story North, they introduced the initiative with a PSA featuring mental health advocate Zak Williams. Story North managed scripting, filming, and editing for :30 and :15 commercials and proposed ongoing content creation for Hope X.

YOUTH SPORTS
CITY OF HERMANTOWN
Hermantown, Minnesota, teamed up with Story North to create six 30-second videos highlighting youth sports across ages and disciplines, from hockey to snowmobiling. These stories were combined into a dynamic "hero" video, showcasing the spirit of Hermantown athletics.
